There are possibly many issues faced by a company or organization when a potentially harmful employee is not confronted.There are many areas where there are so many possible consequences to be faced by the company in terms of it financial or moral responsibilities. To further elaborate more there are many side branches which can also be affected in relation to financial or moral areas. The success ratio of the company can be declined since there are unorganized and threat inputs, this can also lead from one person to many more persons having the same effect unintentionally and therefore impacting the financial ratio. The second most impacted would be of moral responsibility and credibility , if the first potential employee is suspected breaking the protocols , then it is extremely critical to confront that employee first , ask him the criteria and the scope of the glitches and conflicts , also should be asked where are the roots of the conflicts arising , and therefore by confronting him for knowing every areas of conflicts, it comes to a better understanding of the respective counselor to confront him accordingly without hurting his sentiments also to avoid furthermore damage to company .The third area of no confrontation involves related or collateral damage as mentioned earlier , this could easily convert into damaging all other functional areas of the company and therefore inference could be resulted into the entire employee association working collectively for their own organization .
